EMT Exam Prep Course

The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians hosts a cognitive examination that candidates must take and pass in order to be licensed as an EMT.

The cognitive exam is a Computer Adaptive Test between 70 and 120 questions long with a 2-hour time limit. 10 of these questions will be “pilot” questions, meaning they are not scored; instead, they are used to gather information for future tests. Candidates do not know which questions are un-scored, so it’s important to answer every question to the best of your knowledge.
